Who we are
We are a DeepTech Venture Capital Firm focusing on startups that will fundamentally transform industries and economies through a strong scientific and research foundation. As a fund, we are firmly rooted in the DeepTech ecosystem to identify, invest, and strategically grow our portfolio companies through our strong domain expertise, fast-growing track record and extensive network.
Our story behind our firm
We launched our second fund, a SEBI-registered CAT II fund dedicated to investing in the Indian deeptech sector. With a corpus of ₹200 crore plus an additional ₹100 crore, the fund aims to support 18-20 startups, including follow-on investments.
In 2023, we expanded our presence in India by opening offices in Delhi and at the IIT Research Park in Chennai, aiming for a deeper focus on the Indian ecosystem. We began actively participating in major events and forums to share our thought leadership on the future of deeptech investments, highlighting how they will be the next big thing in the coming year.
We launched our first fund in 2022, a Delaware-focused fund focused on investments in WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene), Industry 4.0, Computing, and Biotech startups. Our investments were primarily focused in India and SEA.
Founded in 2021, our journey began with a vision to bridge the gap between groundbreaking technologies and the capital they need to thrive. Our venture capital firm has been at the forefront of driving innovation and technological advancements in the DeepTech sector. We started investments using SPVs , allowing us to meticulously curate and manage our portfolio while providing our investors with clear and focused opportunities.

We use fundamental analysis to understand a company's intrinsic value. This analysis can take different forms which we use to decide whether or not to invest in them.
